Experteer Overview In this role you partner with the CEO and leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights, shaping strategy and performance for the Italian entity. You'll own profitability analyses, budgeting, and forecasting, driving optimization across Revenue, Margin, and KPIs. You will manage compliance, reporting, and relationships with auditors, while supporting pricing, ROI analyses, and strategic investments. This is a high‐impact, cross‐functional role in a dynamic, international environment where you help scale growth and operational excellence. Retribuzione / Benefits Partner with CEO and management to translate financial data into actionable insights Define, monitor and challenge KPIs (revenue, margin, category/customer contribution) Lead profitability analyses and identify opportunities and risks with corrective actions Support pricing strategy, promotional ROI analyses,



and marketing/operational investments Build business cases for new initiatives and strategic projects Challenge operations teams on performance drivers and cost optimization Oversee consolidation of financial data and manage external auditors/tax advisors Ensure timely closing (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and maintain compliance Co-build country budget and rolling forecasts; monitor actuals vs forecast Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to local and group management Maintain Italian accounting, tax and GDPR compliance Availability for occasional international travel Responsabilità Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field Minimum 5 years in a similar role, ideally in digital/e-commerce/retail Strong grounding in financial management, accounting, tax and FP&A; Analytical mindset and business partnering attitude Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel Fluency in Italian and English Detail-oriented, rigorous with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills to translate financial concepts to non-fina
