In this role, you will shape and evolve the Commercial EMEA Customer Engagement architecture to enable cross-market journeys. You'll work with product and platform teams to design end-to-end solutions that scale, integrate, and secure the customer experience. You will balance business needs with technology requirements, driving reuse and reference architectures across programs. This is a chance to influence digital capabilities at a global scale while collaborating with IT, engineering, and external partners. You'll contribute to responsible AI-enabled workflows and ensure compliance with GDPR and healthcare regulations. and data flows with Product and Platform Owners Develop end-to-end architecture for strategic solutions enabling customer journeys across markets and channels Apply integration patterns and design approaches (event-driven, API-first) for robust, scalable designs Ensure designs meet internal/external regulatory requirements and security/compliance expectations Incorporate agentic architecture concepts to enable AI-assisted workflows responsibly Evaluate feasibility and support decisions balancing business, tech needs and cost/agevolazioni Lead and coordinate architecture boards and ensure decisions and standards are documented Contribute to architecture standards, methodologies, and tools; mentor teams to broaden adoption Partner with engineering and global IT to align delivery with target architecture and promote reuse through reference architectures Lead architectural efforts for large, complex initiatives across multiple technologies and vendors, managing dependencies and outcomes Engage with external forums, analysts, customers, and peers to bring external insights into dir
