GETINGE ITALIA is looking for its future PRODUCT MANAGER SW (SURGICAL WORKFLOW) - (M/F/D ) - Nationwide (Italy) About the role As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of your product line. Acting as a strategic interface between the market, customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders, you will contribute directly to business growth, customer satisfaction and market positioning. This is a field‐based, home‐office position , requiring strong proximity to the market and customers.



Your responsibilities Drive product promotion through field demonstrations and customer interactions Train and support the sales force throughout the entire sales cycle Adapt and implement global marketing strategies at a local level Develop and execute the local marketing plan in line with business objectives Support new product launches and ensure successful market adoption Represent the company at congresses, conferences and industry events Collaborate with international teams to share insights and best practices Prepare and manage technical documentation for public tenders Define product configurations in collaboration with sales teams Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant submissions Market Analysis & Business Performance Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs Identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly Track product line performance and contribute to forecasting Support pricing strategy within global guidelines Product scop
