Experteer Overview In this role you drive wholesale performance across a regional portfolio (Middle East and APAC) while upholding Stella Mc Cartney brand standards. You will lead relationships with key partners, analyze performance, and coordinate with Merchandising, Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing to deliver cohesive campaigns and launches. Retribuzione / Benefits Drive sell-in and sell-out for assigned wholesale accounts to hit sales and profitability targets Serve as primary commercial contact and maintain strong partner relationships Analyze sales, market trends, and competitors to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans Lead seasonal buying campaigns and support partners through order placement Collaborate with Merchandising and Planning to optimize stock allocation, replenishment,



and sell-through Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and Marketing to execute brand initiatives and launches Deliver product knowledge and brand training to wholesale teams Prepare and present regular business reviews, forecasts, and performance reports Identify and develop new opportunities within ME and APAC to expand the wholesale network Ensure adherence to Stella Mc Cartney policies, procedures, and sustainability commitments across accounts Responsabilità Proven experience in wholesale, sales, or commercial management in luxury or premium fashion Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation abilities Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region Requisiti fondamentali 60.000 - 70.000 Gross Annual Salary (RA
