Overview As Integration Manager at Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP), you drive the integration of legacy country systems with the new insurance core system. You shape the integration strategy, promote standardization, and oversee environments for development and testing. You bridge business and technical teams, ensuring architectural alignment with program goals and testability of modules before user acceptance. You will contribute to technology refresh and optimization to support the Group's digitization efforts. Responsibilities Define the integration strategy focusing on reuse and standardization Oversee integration environments setup for robust development and testing,



including automated procedures Gather and analyze information to define project specs and requirements Support development team in translating functional specs into technical solutions Act as interface between business and technical teams Ensure architectural alignment with business requirements within the program plan Guarantee modules are testable at unit and integration level prior to UAT Identify opportunities for technology refresh, decommissioning, and infrastructure optimization Qualifications Expertise in Integration Projects management Proven expertise in international program and project management Fluent in English Expertise in the insurance domain (nice to have) #J-18808-Ljbffr
