About the role
Senior Consultant Social Responsibility & Compliance. Responsibility: support clients in obtaining and maintaining system certifications (ISO 9001, SA8000, PdR 125, etc.), analyze organization, coordinate internal audits, and prepare documentation. Improve the corporate climate by evaluating feedback, identifying critical issues, facilitating dialogue between management and employees, and building trust and transparency.
Responsibilities
Support clients in obtaining and maintaining system and social responsibility certifications, analyze the organization, coordinate internal audits, and prepare required documentation.
Evaluate corporate climate, collect feedback from employees and stakeholders, identify critical issues and opportunities for development, facilitate dialogue between management and employees, and build trust and transparency.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Law, or equivalent.
2–5 years of consulting experience in the related areas.
Excellent knowledge of information systems, especially Excel.
Previous experience with system certifications.




Good knowledge of Office and English language.
Analytical approach, flexibility, intellectual curiosity.
Orientation toward customer relationship management.
Strong problem‐solving and result orientation.
English language proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong goal‐oriented work ethic and problem‐solving aptitude.
Willingness to travel within Italy, EU, and extra‐EU countries.
Preferable to hold internal auditor or certification body qualifications.

Salary & Contract
Salary range: €32,000 – €40,000, based on objective criteri
