Job ResponsibilitiesPrinciple Accountabilities: The Laboratory Engineer will deal with the role of Development Engineer, which takes an active part into the process of New Product Development by supporting the creation of a product design that fulfills company goals, while integrating the needs of marketing, sales and manufacturing departments.Main ResponsibilitiesConduct experimental and research activities to add value to specific know-howOversee and make Test of products and prototypes, test of pre-production & production productsWrite Test Reports, assisting in the development of Test Methods & DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) studiesResearching new technical solutions by experimental process or through innovation approachAnalyse product and prototypes to determine failure modesFirmware analysis and debugPrepare and set up prototypesTest of componentsJob ProfileQualifications, KnowledgesEngineering Degree (Mechanical, Electronic or Mechatronical)1+ years of experiencePrevious experience as laboratory engineer in medium-large Companies is a plusFluent in English written and spokenSkills, capabilities, CompetenciesTechnical Profile: Highly precise mechatronics professional specialized in product testing, problem‑solving, and hands‑on system analysisTechnical Expertise: Electromechanical and mechatronic systemsCore Passion: Analyzing physical phenomena and testing new componentsWork Style: Methodical, organized,
