**Project Execution tasks**: - Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, from project launch, engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation, supplier delivery, assembly, and Final Acceptance Tests (FAT) to the preparation of relevant technical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and scope completion within the Line Solutions organization. **Collaboration tasks**: - Work closely with the Project Manager Services Team to fully define the project scope of supply, aligning with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to secure cost efficiency and maintain targeted Lead Times. **Performance Management tasks**: - Plan, control,



and coordinate activities within the Line Solutions organization to meet project execution goals.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and operational efficiency. **Customer Satisfaction tasks**: - Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any issues promptly. **Your Profile**: - Bachelor or Master Degree (Management Engineering degree is a plus.).
- Organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English fluency.
