Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem and has immediate requirements for a contract ServiceNow CSM Architect. This will be an initial 6 month contract working remotely in Italy or hybrid from Milan. Ideally you will be an Italian speaker but an English speaker only is also fine.
**Applicants need to possess the following skills**:
ServiceNow - 8 years+
IT - 10 years+
ITSM, CSM, CMDB, Service Portal, Integration Hub
ServiceNow certified
Degree
Excellent communication and/or consultancy skills
The role will involve working design, implementation, data modelling, case types, virtual agent, base management, asset and configuration management, demos, gathering requirements, agile stories, conflict management, planning, analysis, security and support.




Rate - 450-550 Euro's per day
