We're looking for a Model Risk Manager who's passionate about data and analytics to apply ML/AI techniques across a variety of business areas.




You'll challenge existing modelling processes and elevate them to new standards, supporting growth and ensuring models drive business decisions, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Providing senior management and the local risk and compliance committee with regular insights on material models
Identifying improvements to modelling processes and methodologies, and assigning reliable model risk ratings
Providing recommendations to model developers to keep incidences of adverse outcomes within our risk appetite
Embedding model risk management practices across the full model lifecycle
Enhancing senior management's understanding of model assumptions, limitations, and outputs through multiple communication channels
5+ years of experience in validating models in at least one of the following areas: credit, liquidity, treasury, stress testing, FinCrime, and/or AI/ML
~ Experience using Python and SQL
~ Familiarity with model risk management reg
