You will work closely with regional sales leadership, clinical stakeholders, and the broader EMEA Marketing team to strengthen market positioning, support product adoption, and drive business growth. /p h3Your responsibilities include /h3 ul liDrive the development and execution of EMEA-wide marketing strategies in close alignment with regional Sales leadership, Regional Marketing and EMEA Marketing priorities /li liEnable product adoption and commercial performance through strong collaboration with local sales teams and cross‑functional stakeholders /li liSupport product launch activities, including market analysis, pricing inputs, KOL engagement, launch planning, and post‑launch adoption initiatives /li liAnalyze market dynamics, clinical trends, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and support data‑driven commercial decisions /li liDevelop value messaging, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools to strengthen product positioning and support effective customer engagement /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key clinical stakeholders across the EMEA region /li liDesign and execute regional marketing initiatives, congress activities, scientific education programs, and workshops to drive clinical awareness and adoption /li liDeliver structured training programs to commercial teams to ensure strong product knowledge, procedural understanding, and effective clinical value communication /li liPartner closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs,



and Market Access to ensure integrated execution of regional priorities and maximize customer impact /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liApproximately 5 years of experience in MedTech, ideally within interventional endovascular therapies, with exposure to interventional cardiology as a strong advantage /li liExperience working with Interventional Cardiology, Vascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology or other relevant interventional clinical specialties /li liStrong understanding of the EMEA healthcare landscape and customer dynamics across relevant markets /li liExperience supporting or managing product launches in a MedTech environment is a strong plus /li liCommercial mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable tactics and growth strategies /li liStrong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage credibly with clinical stakeholders /li liProactive, hands‑on, and structured working style with strong ownership and execution focus /li liCollaborative team player with a strong drive to support commercial success /li liFluent in English; additional European language skills are an advantage depending on market focus /li liWillingness to travel approximately 50–70% across the EMEA region /li /ul pAs we require fluently English skills and the process will involve English speaking colleagues, we are looking forward to receiving your CV in English. /p pAt Penumbra, we value your skills and qualifications above all else.
