- Preparation of the cash flow statement
- Analysis of the target company's business model
- Analysis of the target's reference market




- Identification of comparable companies with respect to those being valued
- Input extraction of the discount rate to be applied in the valuation analysis
- Calculation and analysis of market and transaction multiples. Required: - Master's degree in economics (preferably with a background in corporate finance) just completed with only the thesis to be discussed
- Excellent computer skills (Office package)
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
