A solid governance, a clear strategy, and distinctive capabilities continue to support business expansion. /p pWithin this context, the company is now seeking a bStrategic Buyer - Chemicals /b: a high-performing professional who can bring fresh energy, expertise, and capabilities to further strengthen the Direct Procurement team. /p h3Position – The role: /h3 pThe bStrategic Buyer /b will breport /b to the Global Commodity Manager Chemicals and will take bresponsibility for one of the Chemicals SubCategory. /b /p pHe/she will be in charge of b1) /b implementing and optimizing commodity strategy, b2) /b contributing to the development and execution of commodity programs and policies across the supplier base to ensure optimal Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), while supporting quality, delivery, sustainability, and innovation objectives, and, last but not least, b3) /b play a key role in the transformation of a Procurement team with the ambition to be the Best in Class. /p h3Position – Specific Responsibilities: /h3 ul libSupport the management of the chemical commodity /bfor the BU Self Adhesives, contributing to the deployment of the commodity strategy with a particular focus on sourcing execution. /li liFoster blong-term partnerships /b with suppliers, acting as their focal point for supplier visits, business reviews, negotiations, and quality management.



/li liBuild and maintain effective relationships with key binternal stakeholders /b across functions. /li liPrepare and conduct bnegotiations /b with suppliers regarding commercial terms, payment conditions and delivery terms in collaboration with the Global Commodity Manager. /li liPrepare and analyse performance, risk, and sustainability reports for business reviews and decision-making processes. /li liConduct comparative analysis about supplier’s capabilities and cost drivers, to gain insights and improve spending efficiency and effectiveness. /li liSupport the execution and tracking of innovation and sustainability projects in line with our business and ESG targets. /li /ul h3Requirements and Key skills include: /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience. /li liAbout b3-5 years of experience /b in a similar role within an industrial setting, preferably in complex multinational organizations recognized for procurement excellence. /li liPassion and interest for a professional development within Procurement, leveraged by an advanced context and knowledge. /li liSolid negotiation and cost-benefit analysis skills. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset combined with strong analytical and project management capabilities. /li liProactive attitude, high level of energy, and ability to adapt to changing environments. /li liStrong team-working approach and ability to collaborate effectively across departments in an international setting. /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). /li /ul h3Languages: /h3 pFluency in English is a must; Spanish language nice to have. /p h3Job: /h3 pThis is a permanent tempo pieno job in a highly dynamic context. /p pInitial Salary range will be in between EUR 45,000 - 50,000, plus Bonus and Benefits, in line with Client commitment to transparent and equitable compensation practices. Final compensation will depend on real experience and relevant skills.
