We are looking for an** IT Systems and Integration Analyst** to join our Digital & Business Technology Department based in Parma. The role reports to the Systems & Integration Senior Manager. **Job Purpose** The **IT Systems and Integration Analyst** will ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of Barilla's middleware solution. The role will support the design, development, and maintenance of data exchanges across all Barilla systems, ensuring compliance with IT security standards as well as Barilla's policies and guidelines. Additionally, he/she will oversee the effective and efficient management and governance of the Group's technical support services. **Key Accountabilities**
- Keep the Barilla middleware solution available and reliable, in collaboration with outsourcers for the system management, coordinating incident and problem management with the Systems team resources, optimizing its performance through constant monitoring features and services
- Support the design, development and maintenance of the data exchanges among all the Barilla systems by: participating into technical analysis to assess the data communication needs requested by the IT teams, suggesting the best architecture for integration in compliance with IT security and Barilla guidelines, developing the technical interfaces and subsequently maintaining them, with enhancements and bug fixing, through constant monitoring;
- Support the definition of the technical support services, contributing to the definition of the technical specifications and service level agreements, in alignment with the IT strategy and business needs
- Support the IT systems availability,



performance and technical issues resolution, collaborating with the external providers and the Group IT Functions, providing technical advice and contributing to the definition of resolution actions
- Coordinate the projects technical system integration requests, in collaboration with the Global Delivery Center, through the prioritization of the development requests, the control of their compliance with the system integration guidelines and the analysis of their feasibility with maintenance activities, in agreement with the relative project manager and in alignment with Group policies
- Keep up to date the IT infrastructure solutions through the scouting of IT markets in search of innovative technologies, vendors and IT infrastructures models to adopt. **Qualifications**
- + 6 months of experience in the ICT gained in complex contexts (as an employee or as a consultant)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information / Telecommunication Engineering, Data Science or equivalent
- Technical knowledge of ICT infrastructures and systems and related processes
- SAP Basis knowledge, with particular reference to PO and BTP/IS
- Project Management competencies
- Ability to summarize and organize information in technical and operational documents
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to achieve the goals
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Ability to identify unconventional / innovative solutions
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Availability to business trips (Italy and abroad)
