We are looking for a Content Creation & Social Media Strategist to grow our organic audience and engagement, taking our social presence to the next level. In this role, you will take Fler's brand to the top by managing all organic channels and content creation activities (especially on Instagram and TikTok), developing the editorial plan and promoting social initiatives that will fuel our revolution.
You are a first adopter on social media, you don't fear showcasing yourself to our community (through reels, TT and IG stories), you have a POV on what is happening on social platforms, you know what kind of content works better and how to authentically participate in digital conversations.

- Hybrid working arrangement with regular presence required in our Milan office (2/3 days per week)

Content Creation & Strategy




- Drive our social content strategy on Instagram and TikTok, developing engaging videos, content, and copy
- Identify emerging trends and craft bold content that captures our audience's attention
- Create, edit and optimize video content for performance marketing channels
- Own the entire content process from brainstorming to publishing and performance analysis
- Contribute to the editorial plan and adapt content based on performance metrics and social trends
- Ensure all content aligns with Fler's tone of voice and values Growth & Analytics
- Promote and execute community growth and engagement strategies
- Track and analyze channel performance to develop new strategic approaches
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities in the market
- Leverage data to uncover actionable insights and refine strategies for maximum impact
- Drive testing and learning initiatives essential for continuous growth Collaborations & Campaign Management
- Coordinate influencer campaigns and seeding activities
- Build and maintain relationships with content creators and ambassadors
- Partner with creative teams to ensure high-quality execution of content requests
- Prioritize initiatives with the greatest potential impact **Requirements**:
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or other related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management and content creation




- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the social media landscape, trends, and Instagram and TikTok platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian & English Professional Skills & Mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - you think from first principles and structure your ideas sharply
- Excellent storytelling and content creation skills - you know what the major brands are doing and wonder "how could we do it better?"
