Success requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to balance structure with pragmatism while operating against fixed seasonal and commercial deadlines. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Portfolio Demand Management /h3 ul liSupport Technology demand intake, prioritization, and portfolio planning in partnership with business and Technology stakeholders. /li liMaintain visibility of project status, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource capacity. /li liCoordinate delivery sequencing and support decision-making around priorities and trade-offs. /li liEnsure initiatives meet agreed governance, readiness, and stage-gate requirements. /li /ul h3Project Delivery Governance /h3 ul liManage Technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, budget, and quality. /li liTrack project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution and escalation when required. /li liApply project management standards, tools, and reporting practices across initiatives. /li liCoordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful execution. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Engagement Change Management /h3 ul liBuild strong relationships with Technology and business stakeholders across functions.



/li liProvide clear and timely communication on project status, risks, decisions, and outcomes. /li liSupport business readiness, change management, and user adoption activities. /li liOperate effectively within a luxury fashion environment, balancing delivery rigor with seasonal business deadlines and creative workflows. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li4+ years of experience in Technology Project Management, PMO, Program Coordination, or Demand Management roles. /li liExperience managing cross-functional Technology projects. /li liExposure to ERP, POS, E-Commerce, Data, Digital, or Business Applications initiatives. /li liStrong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills. /li liAbility to identify risks, manage priorities, and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. /li liConfident communicator with the ability to influence without formal authority. /li liExperience working in retail, fashion, luxury, or consumer goods environments is preferred. /li liExperience collaborating with global teams across US and Europe. /li liFlexibility to support global stakeholders across different time zones. /li /ul h3Contract Type /h3 pPermanent employment contract (Tempo Indeterminato) /p h3Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) /h3 pCCNL Commercio – level and classification to be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and responsibilities associated with the role. /p h3Salary Range /h3 p€35,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. /p h3Additional Benefits /h3 ul liMeal vouchers /li liEmployee discount program /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
