Become part of our great team as a... **Position Summary**: - As an IT Business Analyst, you will focus on supporting key areas of operations, production planning, and quality management, with a primary emphasis on **SAP technology** and **local Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)**.
- The role will involve gathering business requirements, optimizing system processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of production and quality management functions.
- The position is remote, with the possibility of up to 30% travel for on-site support and collaboration with local teams. **_Responsabilities_**:
**Business Process Analysis / Stakeholder Management**
Analyze business processes and system requirements related to operations, production planning, and quality management, providing recommendations for improvements and system enhancements.
Work closely with business stakeholders in operations, production, and quality management to understand requirements, propose solutions,
and support project implementations.
**SAP & MES Expertise**
Act as a key liaison between the business teams and the IT department, ensuring SAP modules (such as SAP PP, SAP QM) and local MES systems are effectively implemented and optimized to meet business needs.
**System Configuration and Support**
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP and MES systems.
Address any issues related to system performance, production planning, or quality management processes.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, business processes, and any modifications to SAP/MES systems
Participate in major projects and initiatives around SAP and MES systems
**User and Application Support**
Collaborate with the SAP L1 team and external vendor to resolve incidents and to ensure users effectively leverage IT tools in their daily operations.
Provide support and on the job training to end-users on new processes and system updates.
**Data Integration & Interfaces**
Design, develop, and manage interfaces between SAP and other systems (e.g., MES, third-party tools).
Ensure data flows smoothly across systems, focusing on production data, quality control data, and master data.
**Master Data Management**
Support master data governance related to production planning and quality management,
ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across all relevant systems.
**Continuous Improvement**:
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system enhancements to improve overall business efficiency. **Your Profile**: - Strong experience working with SAP ERP, particularly SAP PP (Production Planning) module. SAP Certifications and familiarity with additional SAP modules are a plus
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and the related interface flows and technical setup
- Strong understanding of operations, production planning, and quality management processes in a manufacturing context
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Teamwork: Ability to work in team (on-site and remote)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Availability to travel up to 30% of the time to support global teams and operations
