ResponsibilitiesThe employee is responsible for the administrative management of physical certificates related to mutual fund shares and other financial instruments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. The position actively supports the dematerialization of foreign securities and the management of statistical data for monitoring and reporting purposes.Tasks and responsibilitiesManaged incoming and outgoing physical securities certificates, coupons, and dividend documentation.Performed accounting entries and transaction registrations in the CAD securities system and maintained internal databases.Administered Amundi fund certificates, including issuance, printing, and cancellation processes.Coordinated the dematerialization of foreign securities in compliance with market requirements.Collected, maintained, and analyzed statistical data for reporting purposes.Managed registries and corporate events through the Recordkeeping tool, including inventory reconciliation and client reporting.Verified ownership and safekeeping of assets held by investment funds, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.Studies & experienceBachelor’s Degree in Economics or related fieldsBackground in Securities Services or Financial Industry,
with a good understanding of standards and operational frameworksAt least 1 year of proven experience in Securities Services or Financial Industry, with sound knowledge of regulations and processesLanguage skillsExcellent command of written and spoken Italian (C2 level), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in complex professional contextsUpper-intermediate English (B2 level)Technical, operational & Soft skillsBasic knowledge of domestic/foreign financial instruments and financial marketsUnderstanding of the regulatory framework governing depositary bank activitiesBasic Knowledge of non financial instruments that can be held by AIF and UCITS fundsAbility with data handling and ExcelClient orientationGood organizational skills to meet deadlines and document retention.Risk and fraud awarenessCooperation and collective mindsetTeam spiritAccuracy and precisionSalary range: 35.5k € - 37.5k € / YearEqual opportunities employer We are an equal opportunities employer and we are proud to make diversity a strength for our company.
