We are looking for a HSE Manager to join our team and take responsibility for our Europe-wide portfolio of renewable energy assets, with the following detailed responsibilities: - Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.




- Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety.
- Manage emergency response plans and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management across Europe.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
