Our client manages one of the largest hotels in Africa, **featuring 500 rooms, extensive F&B; outlets, and conference facilities for up to 2,500 guests.** We are currently seeking a **European trained Hotel Manage**r to work alongside the General Manager, with a strong focus on overseeing the entire operation, particularly the F&B; division.
