Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. seeks two highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team in Ferentino. As a Team Leader in Manufacturing Sciences, you will lead a dynamic team, drive innovation, and contribute to our mission of improving global health, hygiene, and safety. **Key Responsibilities**: - Support and supervise the team of Scientist I and II in managing primary and secondary technology transfers.
- Prepare, review, and approve standard technical documentation for the Manufacturing Sciences department to support the manufacturing process and visual inspection in accordance with internal SOPs.
- Successfully implement daily activities, monitor progress, and ensure flawless execution within the team.
- Contribute to the efficient technical training of laboratory personnel for TT project management, both during onboarding and when introducing new technologies and equipment.




- Discuss project progress with clients, propose technical solutions, and support team members as needed.
- Cooperate with the Pharmaceutical Development department to generate data supporting production process development and assist in crafting/implementing laboratory trials when required. **Reporting Structure**: - Scientist I: Requires continuous support from the team leader; capable of managing a project with close supervision.
- Scientist II: Independently manages projects, requiring supervision only in non-routine cases. **Requirements**: - Degree in CTF, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field with relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing and manufacturing sterile liquid and lyophilized products.
- Knowledge of cGMP and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command of English.
- Flexibility to provide remote support during production issues.
