Experteer Overview In this role you drive agent acquisition and retention for MoneyGram in Italy, shaping the agent network and sales strategy. You work closely with the sales team to grow revenue, onboard and support agents, and resolve questions through the sales cycle. You will blend relationship‐building with process execution to expand MoneyGram's brand and services. The opportunity offers hands‐on impact in a fast‐growing remittance ecosystem with a focus on customer‐centric sales. You will play a key part in enabling cross‐border payments and financial inclusion in Italy.
Retribuzione / Benefits Generate revenue via phone or virtual meetings by gathering agent information, analyzing requirements, and collaborating with the sales team
Sell MoneyGram products and services to agents
Manage the full sales process from initial contact to follow‐up
Identify business opportunities and negotiate with agents
Maintain and update agent documents and information




Respond to agent inquiries and provide support
Develop and grow current agent accounts
Troubleshoot issues and guide agents through MoneyGram support structure

Responsabilità BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years in a sales role selling and servicing customers
Fluent Italian communication for prospects
Advanced English communication
Proven ability to meet sales goals and close deals
Negotiation and relationship‐building skills
Data entry proficiency; Excel and Salesforce knowledge preferred
Willingness to travel for business
