Partnering with leaders at every level, you'll create impactful development experiences that empower colleagues, strengthen leadership capability and support exceptional guest experiences. /p h3bAs Learning Development Manager, you will responsible for the following duties /b /h3 ul liChampion a culture of learning, growth and excellence by bringing Mandarin Oriental's vision, values and service philosophy to life across the hotel. /li liDesign and deliver an engaging learning and development pre / post-opening strategy that supports business priorities, colleague growth and exceptional guest experiences. /li liPartner with senior leaders to identify talent, build succession pipelines and support performance and career development across all levels. /li liCreate innovative learning experiences, from onboarding and leadership development to service excellence, digital learning and functional skills training. /li liFacilitate inspiring workshops and development programmes for colleagues, managers and senior leadership teams. /li liLead the annual learning needs analysis and translate insights into impactful development plans that drive performance. /li liCoach leaders and colleagues to support career growth, talent development and high-performing teams. /li liBuild, develop and inspire a network of Departmental Trainers, fostering a strong learning culture throughout the hotel /li liMonitor learning effectiveness through data, feedback and performance outcomes, providing regular insights and recommendations to hotel leadership. /li liManage the learning calendar, training resources and learning systems, ensuring a seamless and engaging colleague experience. /li liPartner with external providers and corporate teams to bring best-in-class development opportunities to the hotel.
