To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we are looking for our International Luxury Hotel Brand located in Rome a Front Desk Agent, who can make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every expectation to make our guests feel right at home. **A little taste of your day-to-day** Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: - Creating memorable experiences for our guests providing the warmest of welcome;
- Acknowledging Loyalty programs and returning guests in person or over the phone offering personalized service;
- Providing a smooth and engaging check-in & check-out experience;
- Handling cash and generic cashier duties;
- Staying one step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations;
- Being our guests main point of reference during the stay, creating a relationship of trust;
- Covering Night shifts depending on business requirements;
- Reporting to Front Office Manager. **What we need from you**
- Excellent communication skills;




- Problem-solving approach, turning every interaction into great guest memories;
- Fluency in Italian & English language (both written and spoken) - extra language would be considered a plus (not essential);
- Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computer skills, including familiarity with Opera PMS;
- General knowledge of Loyalty Programs;
