**AGILE PROJECT MANAGER / SCRUM MASTER**:
MSC is seeking an experienced professional who can seamlessly blend the roles of an Agile PM and a Scrum Master. This position requires a dynamic individual capable of navigating both project management, with excellent knowledge of organizational best practices, and Agile methodologies, to play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project delivery and team growth.
ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives)
Coach the Scrum Team on Agile principles and practices
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to refine the backlog
Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and adaptability
Remove impediments and foster continuous improvement
Ensure effective communication across teams and departments
Build strong relationships with team members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Support the stakeholders (Manager and POs) to define project goals and deliverables and then producing project plans, tracking progress and intercept risks/issues in advance, demonstrating strong problem-solving skill
Oversee project scope, schedule,



and resources supporting the area Manager
Remain current on trends and innovations in the IT software and middleware industry
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
**Required**:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Management Engineering)
Excellent English communication skills
Proven experience as an Agile PM and/or Scrum Master
At least 3 years of experience in IT projects + at least 1 year in team coordination
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Strong understanding of PM strategies and tools (RAM, RACI, HLE, WBS )
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
**Preferred**:
Knowledge of Scaled and distributed Scrum
Knowledge of other Agile methodologies (Lean, Kanban)
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification
Certified PMP or equivalent certification
Capacity to work in a complex multicultural environment
