- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Junior System Engineering** to join its office in **Rome**within the Electronics and Systems Engineering Division. **Mission**
- Support the specialized engineering team in developing and providing advanced technical solutions to Clients.**Key Accountabilities**
- Assess clients’ needs and translate them into designs, equipment, or new systems under the supervision of a consultant. From the initial concept stage through to completion, they manage project timelines and oversee all developments. It is requested:
- practical knowledge of electronics embedded systems,
- firmware programming capabilities (C/C++),
- capability of test definition / planning and execution.
- Plan technical solution: engineering consultants find unique ways to resolve technical issues without affecting the overall completion deadline or affecting the involvement from other departments or external companies;
Develop project schedules and deliverable timelines under the supervision of more experienced consultants;
Prepare the project deliverables (technical reports, project performance documentation and engineering drawings, etc.);
Create documents and reports that detail their assessments, any fact-finding survey data acquired, the project’s inception, and concept planning;
Able to discuss and define client requirements; reflecting a clear understanding in well written technical reports and proposals;




Develop an understanding of RINA business processes in order to prepare commercial and technical proposals.**Education**
