The Quality Control Generalist/Operator will analyze and monitor quality of products, executing inspections and tests to verify the compliance with specifications and standards. **Main tasks and responsibilities**: - Execute control processes in line with the quality management system, the established procedures and the proper metrics and techniques (statistical process control, process capability analysis, Pareto analysis, etc.).
- Perform inspections of purchased goods according to defined criteria using physical, mechanical, chemicals and electrical measurements.
- Collect and analyze quality data. Analyze and report issues through the appropriate technique: Ishikawa Method, 5-Why, Prioritization Matrix, etc. Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Execute the inspection of production equipments. Report results.
- Participate to internal inspections (e.g. production) and external (e.g. suppliers), as required. **Education and professional experience**: - High school diploma;
