**Health Insurance**: Coverage starts from Day 1 (monthly contribution required), free after 6 months **Your Role** As a **Sales Support Specialist**, you'll be the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers. You'll handle inquiries, manage reservations, resolve technical issues,



and ensure every interaction aligns with the company's high standards of service and professionalism. **What Youll Do**
- Support customers with sales-related inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting
- Tailor communication to reflect brand tone and customer needs
- Handle escalations with empathy and a customer-first mindset
- Log and manage all customer interactions with attention to detail **Who You Are** Fluent in **Italian** and **English** (spoken and written)
Experience in customer service or sales support (preferred)
Tech-savvy and comfortable with troubleshooting digital tools
Skilled in communication and multitasking
