Your key responsibilities will include: - Consolidating data from multiple sources across the region to generate clear and actionable insights and maintaining, update recurring analysis tools, KPIs, and reporting templates
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc business performance reports, dashboards, and market analysis with direct input from the Regional Manager
- Coordinating the collection of qualitative and quantitative inputs from Area Managers and field teams to ensure full visibility on regional dynamics
- Conducting specific market intelligence projects, competitor benchmarking, and territory performance deep-dives
- Acting as a central point of contact for regional analytical needs, helping to drive clarity, alignment, and data-driven decision-making What are we looking for?
- Current enrolment/degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related fields of study
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and data visualization tools with strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in both analysis and reporting
