In this role, you will lead the development and execution of strategic sustainability programs across our supply chains, directly supporting the Group’s long-term environmental commitments. Your work will contribute to advancing responsible innovation and embedding sustainability into the core of our operations with the purpose to reduce the Group environmental footprint. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead the implementation of the responsible chemical management program with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute within the ZDHC working Group, collaborating with other Brands and stakeholders, in order to increase the impact of the program
- Foster and manage Group’s activities related to Water Conservation in the supply chains
- Develop new programs and coalitions on resources efficiency to reduce Scope 3 footprint
- Support our partners in process innovation and in general on sustainability topics




- Manage the development and roll out of a Vendor Platform for Sustainability along Prada Group supply chains
- Innovate in Program Management, be responsible for the definition and creation of tools and methodologies in order to support partners and suppliers in reaching Sustainability Targets
- Deliver on sustainability trainings for suppliers and internal stakeholders **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Engineering or technical background
- 5 years of experience in similar roles, sound knowledge in sustainability topics and regulations; (former experience in fashion and/or production will be considered as a plus)
- Proven program management skills, ability and agility to move and act in interdisciplinary fields
- Excellent analytical and logical skills, strong attitude in strategical thinking and in solving complex problems
- Leadership and influencing attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to act autonomously and manage working groups
- Can-do attitude
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
