- Experience level: Experienced **Fidiger Advisory S.p.A.**, a consulting firm belonging to the Pirola organization, is looking for a **Manager** dedicated to the implementation of the **Tax Control Framework (TCF)** to be included in the **Governance Risk & Compliance** division of the **Milan** office. The project areas concern the following activities: - Independently lead project streams, ensuring quality, compliance with deadlines and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and anticipate any problems
- Manage the daily relationship with the customer
- Manage design changes and revisions
- Effective time management on multiple simultaneous tasks
- Actively support the preparation of commercial offers
- Build relationships with customers in order to retain them




- Manage small teams effectively, even in challenging contexts. Required: - At least 3-5 years of experience implementing Tax Control Framework
- Alternatively, at least 3-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably on industrial companies
- Degree in Economics, Law or similar
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Propensity to study and continuous updating
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
- Fluent English. Preferential qualifications will be considered to have gained experience in tax processes, the institution of Collaborative Compliance and the construction logic of the Tax Control framework, as governed by provision 5320/2025 and previous legislation.
