**Work Schedule** Rotational days/weekends **Environmental Conditions** Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards As a PDS Manufacturing System & Lyo Technician, you'll be vital to our mission to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. **Responsibilities**: - Assist the department in completing supply orders through PMX for raw materials related to the manufacture of liquid and lyophilized products.
- Control and launch recipes for particle counters, operating them according to SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
- Address alarms from particle counters, collaborating with the department for required manufacturing interruptions.
- Collaborate with other functions (Validation, Maintenance, PPT, PM, QA) for machinery-related activities.
- Archive departmental documentation for relevant machinery.
- Support operators and shift leaders during manufacturing, following solution preparation, filtration, and filling phases.
- Connect with the Scientist, PDS Manufacturing Sciences, regarding manufacturing issues.




- Assist in completing training related to manufacturing processes.
- Manage project cargo pallets containing dedicated materials for manufacturing.
- Prepare lyophilizers for manufacturing lots independently.
- Perform verifications related to lyophilization process graphs, sanitization, and testing cycles.
- Address alarms from lyophilizers, alerting relevant functions for timely intervention.
- Fill out MBR, logbooks, and checklists for lyophilization phases. **Job Requirements**: - Familiarity with PMX and SAP systems.
- Understanding of cGMP and SOP guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and support team members.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully implement and manage sophisticated manufacturing processes.
