We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer on a freelance contract basis to provide technical support for end users. The role involves resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a professional and timely manner. **Responsibilities**




- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts and perform basic network support
- Document incidents and escalate unresolved issues
- Ensure adherence to IT policies and service standards **Requirements**: - Minimum 3-4 years of IT support experience
- Familiar with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ticketing systems is a plus **Work Conditions**
- Freelance/contract role, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- Standard business hours
