**Internship Tender Office**:
Junior Tender Officer
We are looking for a new resource to join our Tender Office, supporting activities related to tenders and contracts with the Public Administration, in collaboration with all companies of the TXT Group.
Main Responsibilities
Study of regulations governed by the Public Procurement Code;
Analysis of calls for tenders and tender specifications;
Verification and evaluation of participation requirements;
Support in the preparation of administrative documentation;
Management and updating of company knowledge for documentation archiving;
Support to the Head of the Tender Office.
**Requirements**:
Education
Degree in Law (or equivalent field).
Technical Skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Basic knowledge of the Public Procurement Code;




Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Soft Skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to work effectively in a team;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Languages
Italian (native or fluent);
English (good working knowledge).
Experience
Junior profile / Recent graduate (0 years of experience).
Selection Process
We foresee an initial placement through an Extracurricular Internship or an Apprenticeship Contract, depending on your skills.
