**Job Description** Summary**:
Join the team at the Relais Chateaux Caesar Augustus Hotel, and contribute to creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. Caesar Augustus Hotels is looking for a dynamic and passionate **F&B; supervisior**, ready to support our exceptional restaurant team. **Key Responsibilities**:
Be the primary representative and host of the restaurant, ensuring top-tier guest relations Lead and supervise the F&B; team,



setting service standards and maintaining consistency Engage daily with clients to build loyalty and gather feedback Collaborate with the marketing team on events, activations, and brand visibility Monitor service flow and respond proactively to operational challenges Train and inspire staff in service etiquette and guest engagement Support in managing bookings, VIP clients, and personalized experiences Drive a guest-first culture that turns visits into memorable moments
**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**:
Previous experience in F&B; management or guest relations in premium/luxury hospitality Strong leadership and communication skills Warm, confident personality with excellent grooming and presence Fluency in Italian and English (other languages are a plus) A proactive, hands-on attitude and high emotional intelligence Passionate about hospitality, people, and storytelling Familiarity with restaurant marketing and promotional activities is a strong advantage
