**Key Responsibilities**:
**Documentation and Management**: Drafting and managing documents, policies, procedures, processes, registers, lists, inventories, and operational and strategic plans;
**Regulatory Analysis Support**: Conducting technical analyses of national and European regulations; verifying regulatory compliance and developing operational solutions based on regulatory requirements;
**Security Posture Assessment**: Performing assessments and analyses of the current state, identifying potential gaps and opportunities for improvement;
**Operational Deliverables Production**: Creating work tools and presentations to support project activities using Excel and PowerPoint;
**Client Relations and Teamwork**: Managing client relationships and collaborating effectively within a team.
**Required Technical Skills**:
Familiarity with national and European cybersecurity regulations;
Knowledge of NIS Directive 1 and 2 and their implementing decrees (Legislative Decrees 65/2018 and 138/2024);
Understanding of ACN regulations and determinations (including nos. 38565/2024, (phone hidden), (phone hidden), (phone hidden));




Knowledge of the National Cybersecurity Perimeter regulations (Decree-Law 105/2019, DPCM 131/2020, etc.);
Familiarity with the regulatory framework on ACN (Decree-Law 82/2021) and related activities:
Understanding of Law 90/2024 on cybersecurity.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Completion of university or postgraduate courses in network, system, and software security, cryptography, cyber attacks and techniques, security assessment;
Knowledge of international standards such as ISO 27001/27701/19011, NIST, FNSC, CIS, and SANS Controls.
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Law.
