The position is in our Human Resources team, within the Transmission Division, that supports our employees and managers in connecting their strategic business objectives with all the People activities. As Reward, Planning and Organization Specialist you will support the Reward, Planning and Organization Manager on the headcount and labor cost reporting, as well as the ESG KPIs. You will also support on reward processes, key elements of the people strategy. The Main responsibilities of the role are: - Manage the monthly headcount, labour cost and ESG KPIs reporting;
- Support the annual management plan process for headcount and labor cost;
- Analize the variances between management plan data - both for headcount and labor cost - and the consolidated ones on a monthly basis;
- Support the annual reward processes and analize and monitor the competitivess of our compensation strategy (from the base salary to the incentive plans) versus the market;
- Support ad hoc organizational analysis and changes in a dyniamic organization structure driven by projects execution. You have successfully completed Business/Economic studies;
Prior HR experience;
You have good communication and presentation skills You are able to connect with different teams, while dealing with situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters;
IT Skills: MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) Workday Knowledge You are fluent in English
