**Responsibilities**: - Work alongside General Manager to align project objectives with company goals.
- Assist in tracking project progress, updating project timelines, and reporting on milestones to stakeholders.
- Support in managing task deadlines to ensure project schedules are met.
- Aid in ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Contribute to the review of project plans and related documentation.
- Assist in analyzing project data and contributing to risk assessments for ongoing projects.
- Assist in producing reports for senior management and stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support effective communication among stakeholders and project team members.
- Assist in maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of project objectives. **You Have These**: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management role.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in project management and or coordination is desirable but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and Italian.

- Basic understanding of project management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
