**Essential Job functions**: - Develop target list and initiate contact with potential clients through sales phone calls, appropriate social media, promotional flier distribution and cold calling.
- Confirm appointments to introduce the company and the company’s services to potential clients, and build and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Supports existing clients, acting as intermediary for communication between client and their operations teams and Crane Worldwide network; available for escalation when necessary.
- Provides tracking information as requested by the client.
- Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to insure prompt resolution.
- Manage all client requests and follow up to insure that the client needs are met.
- Facilitate the completion of RFQ’s.
- Provide marketing and proposal support for all Global Sales Team members.
- Analyzes client profit or loss and provides proposals for yield improvement.
