Présentation du poste_** DESCRIPTIF DE L'OFFRE Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your essential duties and responsabilities will be: - Delivery and commissioning of equipment.
- On-site interventions at customer locations in response to warranty requests.
- Troubleshooting and repair activities.
- Providing technical expertise and support.
- User training and 1st level maintenance for customers.
- Activity-related reporting (intervention reports and closure, customer feedback, etc.)
- Application of service bulletins.

Profil recherché_** DESCRIPTION DU PROFIL **What we are looking for**:
With a higher education qualification in maintenance/electrical, you have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment. You have solid technical and troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of the following fields: - Mechanics
- Electrical engineering
- Hydraulics
- Automation (CANbus preferred)
- Refrigeration / Air conditioning As a true ambassador for TLD, you demonstrate a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential for this position. **This position requires extensive travel, most of thetime from Monday to Friday, throughout the country.** We will support you by training on our products and tools. Training will take place in our European factories (France, Belgium and the UK).
