Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
- Own our infrastructure‑as‑code setup (Terraform).
- Manage and optimize our serverless architecture.
- Build and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Strengthen observability across the stack — monitoring, logging, alerting.
- Harden our security and compliance posture.
- Design disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to support new features.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, Backend Engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid command of infrastructure‑as‑code, especially Terraform.




- Production experience with serverless and event‑driven architectures.
- Knowledge of various DB systems (e.g. SQL/noSQL, vectorial).
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, CircleCI, Jenkins).
- Comfort with at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.
- A working understanding of cloud networking, security, and cost management.
- A pragmatic, ownership‑driven mindset: you measure your work by outcomes, not effort.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
