Experteer Overview In this role you will provide strategic oversight of clinical trial sites to ensure protocol adherence, patient safety, and high-quality data. You will drive study quality through risk-based monitoring and collaborate with investigators and cross-functional teams. Your work supports the execution of trials across obesity, diabetes and other chronic diseases within Novo Nordisk's Global Trial Portfolio. You'll focus on maintaining compliance, managing risks, and accelerating patient access to innovative therapies. Benefits Act as Site Manager to build trusted partnerships with investigators and site staff and ensure high-quality trial execution Conduct on-site and remote visits (site selection, initiation, monitoring, close-out) per Monitoring Plan, Protocol, ICH-GCP and SOPs Implement Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) to identify and mitigate risks during study conduct Oversee site performance, recruitment, retention,
