The work you'll do

Coordinate customer implementation projects from kickoff to rollout, making sure scope, timelines, responsibilities, risks, and next steps are clear

Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to understand their tender management needs, business objectives, current processes, and adoption priorities

Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, customer workshops, solution proposal presentations, and feature demonstrations





Work closely with Business Analysts, Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Customer Success, and Account teams to ensure smooth delivery of software solutions

Monitor project progress, surface risks or blockers early, and coordinate the right actions to keep delivery on track

Help translate customer needs and process gaps into clear priorities for implementation, configuration, and future product enhancements

Support customers during rollout and adoption, helping them embed FBK into their day-to-day tender management workflows

Capture customer feedback and share structured insights with Business Analysis, Product, and Engineering teams

Identify practical AI-enabled opportunities to improve tender workflows, reduce manual work, enhance user experience, and support better decision-making

Ensure a clear handover to Customer Success once the implementation reaches a stable adoption phase, including project status, open points, risks, and recommended next steps

Contribute to improving FBK's implementation and adoption playbooks, making customer engagements more structured, repeatable, and scalable

The skills you bring

Fluency in English and Italian

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as project management, business analysis, SaaS implementation, consulting, customer success, software delivery, or a related field

Experience working on software implementation, business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation projects

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear actions, priorities, and delivery plans

Strong project coordination and project management skills,



including the ability to track milestones, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups

Good understanding of software delivery processes and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Ability to work in a structured manner and quickly understand new topics, processes, and relationships

Detail- and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, project stakeholders, and internal teams

Curiosity about AI and how it can improve enterprise software, process automation, and user experience

Experience in consulting, cloud/SaaS business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or software fields

Understanding of tender management, bid management, procurement, or related enterprise processes

Knowledge of SAP, JDE, or other ERP systems

Familiarity with AI concepts such as process automation, natural language processing, document analysis, or predictive analytics

Experience using data, dashboards, or reporting tools to monitor adoption, usage, project progress, or business outcomes

Experience creating process flow diagrams, user stories, business process documentation, or functional documentation

Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation

Certification in Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile, Change Management, or AI-related topics is a plus
