By doing so, enhancing the company’s competitiveness within its industry; /li liCreate Innovative Goals: Create a list of goals that encourage innovative thinking and strategies throughout the organization; /li liIdentify Areas of Improvement: Observe standard processes and operations within the company to identify areas that could agevolazioni from innovation.
