ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a bSenior Storage Advisory Expert /b to play a key role in delivering high-impact renewables projects and transactions across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). This client‑facing, transaction‑focused position is within our growing Renewables Advisory business and offers exposure to leading developers, investors and lenders. /p pLocation: This role can be based in a hybrid model from Barcelona, Pamplona, Milan, Warsaw or Dubai, or fully remote from the Netherlands, Germany or Italy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and deliver complex due‑diligence projects across storage, solar storage and hybrid renewable portfolios. /li liSupport major financing and transaction processes by reviewing contracts, financial models and technical documentation. /li liPrepare tailored, competitive proposals aligned with client needs and market standards. /li liBuild strong client relationships and act as a primary point of contact on projects. /li liContribute to team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing. /li liPerform and lead technical due diligence reviews for energy storage and solar + storage hybrid projects supporting financing, acquisition and development activities. /li liReview and interpret project contracts, including EPC, BSA, interconnection, PPA, OM, LTSA and major supply agreements, to identify technical and commercial risks. /li liAnalyze and validate financial models, assessing CAPEX, OPEX, warranties, degradation, performance assumptions and other key financial drivers. /li liEvaluate project energy use cases,



operating profiles and dispatch strategies to ensure alignment with technical capabilities and market conditions. /li liCompile and complete TDD reports, summarizing findings, conclusions and recommendations to ensure clarity, quality and consistency. /li liIntegrate multidisciplinary input (engineering, financial and environmental) to ensure a coherent and technically sound final deliverable. /li liWork closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment with scope, timeline and budget, supporting efficient project delivery. /li liEngage directly with clients, lenders and developers, presenting technical results, responding to comments and maintaining professional client relationships. /li liIdentify key risks and mitigation strategies, applying best practices and lessons learned across projects. /li liSupport business development activities, including proposal preparation and client engagement. /li liMentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the organization. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, templates and methodologies for due diligence and advisory services. /li liTravel occasionally (up to 15%) for client meetings, project delivery and industry events.



/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in energy storage, ideally within a technical advisory, developer or lender environment. /li liDemonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, performing contract and financial model reviews for energy infrastructure projects. /li liStrong understanding of project finance concepts, risk assessment and bankability considerations. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences. /li liStrong commercial acumen and understanding of how technical and contractual factors influence project economics. /li liProven client‑facing delivery experience and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders. /li liAbility and willingness to mentor junior staff and share expertise across the organization. /li liFamiliarity with European market, regulatory and policy frameworks related to energy storage. /li liFluent English required; additional local language relevant to the country of application is expected. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive salary (starting from PLN 170,000 gross in Poland and €60,000 gross in Italy) with eligibility for an annual premio. /li liAnnual paid leave, two volunteering days each year and flexible working arrangements. /li liAccess to ULS University for continuous learning and career growth. /li /ul pDisclaimer: This role is gender‑neutral and open to all qualified applicants, regardless of gender identity or expression. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
