Since strong2018 /strong, strongagap2 Italia /strong has been supporting clients throughout Italy across the following sectors: strongEnergy, Oil Gas, Steel, Hydrogen, Power Generation, and Construction /strong. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongABOUT THE ROLE – Project Contract Administrator /strong /ppbr / /ppFor an important internationstrongal Oil /strongGas project, we are looking for an experiencstronged Project Contract Administra /strongtor to support the contractual management of large-scale EPC/EPCIC projects throughout the execution pha /ppse.Reporting directly to tstronghe Project General Manager / Project Mana /strongger, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, monitoring and governance of all project-related contracts, ensuring contractual compliance, effective change management and claims prevention while acting as the key interface between the project team, contractors, legal, procurement and the client /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongContract Administration /strong /pulliAdminister and monitor EPC, EPCIC, consultancy and service contracts throughout the project life /lilicycle.Ensure contractors comply with contractual obligations, milestones and deliver /liliables.Maintain complete contract files, registers and contractual correspon /lilidence.Review and validate contractual notices, variation orders and change req /liliuests.Monitor contractual compliance and identify potential contractual rsisks /li /ulpstrongChange Management /strong /pulliEvaluate contractor change requests, including schedule and cost impacts, in coordination with Project Controls, Engineering and Planning /liliteams.Prepare and manage Change Orders in accordance with project governance proce /lilidures.Maintain the project Change Register and monitor the impact of variations on project execution /li /ulpstrongClaims Dispute Management /strong /pulliIdentify,



assess and mitigate potential contractor claims /liliSupport the negotiation and resolution of contractual claims and disputes together with Legal and Commercial teams. /liliPrepare contractual documentation supporting claims defense and maintain complete claims recors /li /ulpstrongContractual Correspondence /strong /pulliDraft, review and issue contractual letters, notifications and formal communica /lilitions.Ensure timely responses to contractor correspondence in accordance with contractual require /liliments.Support Project Management in managing all contractual communications with clients and contractors /li /ulpstrongReporting /strong /pulliPrepare periodic reports covering /liliContract status /liliChange Orders /liliClaims; br / /liliContractual risks /liliKey contractual issues. /liliContribute to monthly project progress reports /liliMonitor and report contractual performance KPIs /li /ulpstrongCoordination Compliance /strong /pulliCollaborate with Procurement, Project Controls, Cost Control, Planning and Legal departments to ensure contractual consistency. /liliEnsure compliance with corporate policies, contractual procedures and project-specific requirements. /liliProvide contractual guidance to project stakeholders. /liliSupport internal and external audits and ensure proper archiving of contractual documentation /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliBachelor's Degree in: /liliLaw; br / /liliEngineering;br / /liliQuantity Surveying; br / /liliBusiness Administration; br / /lilior a related discipline. /lilistrong7–12 years of experience /strong in Contract Administration within the strongOil Gas /strong industry. /liliProven experience on large-scale strongEPC/EPCIC /strong projects. /liliStrong knowledge of: /liliFIDIC Contracts; br / /liliBespoke EPC Contracts; br / /liliOil Gas Contracting Models. /liliGood understanding of Project Controls, including: /liliCost Control; br / /liliPlanning;br / /liliRisk Management.



/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office and Contract Management software. /liliExcellent communication, negotiation and contractual drafting skills. /liliFluent English, both written and spoken. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongPreferred Skills /strong /pulliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliExcellent organizational and documentation management abilities. /liliAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in complex project environments. /liliHigh attention to detail and contractual compliance. /liliProactive approach to risk identification and claims prevention. /liliStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCompensation /strong /ppThe gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges from strong€40,000 to €80,000 /strong, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. /ppThe final compensation package will be determined based on technical expertise, relevant professional experience, level of autonomy in managing project activities, and the outcome of the selection process, following objective, transparent, and merit-based criteria. /ppFor candidates with exceptional qualifications or highly specialized expertise that significantly exceed the role requirements, an enhanced compensation package may be considered, subject to internal approval. /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongThe world needs you /strong /ppstrongagap2 /strong is an strongEqual Opportunity Employer /strong.
