/li /ulCandidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:br /ulliApproximately strong7–10 years of professional experience /strong; br / /lilistrongPrevious direct investing experience within a Private Equity fund is mandatory /strong; br / /liliStrong track record across the full investment cycle, from execution to portfolio management; br / /liliExcellent financial modelling and valuation capabilities; br / /liliStrong analytical skills combined with sound commercial judgement; br / /liliAbility to operate autonomously while working effectively within a lean investment team; br / /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; br / /liliFluency in bothItalian and English. /li /ulMandatory Requirement strongOnly candidates currently working, or having previously worked, in a Private Equity investment role will be considered.
