This includes driving improvements in demand planning, capacity management, production scheduling, and weekly SOE. /strongStrong background in driving Lean transformations within supply chain functions on manufacturing, directly on the shopfloor . /ppstrong• Digital experience: /strong you have experience putting in place Dashboards, Scorecards using Digital tools. Experience in establishing Control Tower, using IA / Machine –learning is a plus. /ppstrong• Track Record: /strong Proven success in delivering measurable results across multiple supply chain functions, including demand planning, material handling, supply planning. /ppbr/ppstrongQualifications: /strong /ppstrong• Education: /strong Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, operations management, or a related field. Master’s preferred. /ppstrong• Technical Lean: /strong Strong understanding of Lean principles and practices, particularly in supply chain. Six Sigma Certified (Green or Black Belt) and APICS certifications are a plus. /ppstrong• Languages: /strong Fluent in English; additional German or another European language proficiency is a plus. /ppstrong• Communication: /strong Strong verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas simply to various stakeholders. /ppstrong• Digital: /strongexperience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
