The role oversees the design, implementation, and governance of infrastructure systems (Civil Architectural, Electrical, Safety, Utilities, Controls Instrumentation, HVAC). It drives major investments and new technologies, supporting long‑term strategic initiatives and ensuring capacity readiness, regulatory compliance, automation alignment, and operational excellence in close partnership with Quality, Business Development, Technical Operations, and global stakeholders. /p pThis role can be based in Barcelona (Spain), Ivrea (Italy), Saint‑Genis‑Pouilly (France), or Erlangen (Germany). /p h3Engineering Technical Leadership /h3 ul liDefine and maintain engineering standards for SHS Radiopharma International facilities across all core disciplines (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Safety, Utilities, Controls/Instrumentation, HVAC). /li liDevelop and implement asset strategies ensuring proper lifecycle management. /li liSupport the design and integration of new technologies across all facilities. /li liLead the implementation of harmonized automation strategies, including Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS). /li liSupport the deployment of tools and automation solutions aligned with the SHS network architecture. /li liEnsure full compliance with regulatory and quality requirements (GMP, Annex 1, etc.) and support quality escalations and corrective actions. /li /ul h3Project Investment Management /h3 ul liLead the portfolio of major capital investment projects and new technology implementations from concept to execution. /li liSupport CAPEX planning and financial control, including multi‑year roadmaps, annual forecasting, budget tracking,



and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with site priorities, country strategies, and the overall SHS Radiopharma investment strategy. /li liDrive strategic investment programs such as blueprint deployment, Annex 1 compliance, and new technology rollouts, ensuring long‑term asset sustainability, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness across the network. /li liOversee project governance through the PMD process, ensuring proper scoping, initiation, and stakeholder alignment. /li liTake full accountability for project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, budget, and required quality standards. /li liParticipate in Project Status Review (PSR) meetings and implement corrective or preventive actions as needed. /li liProvide leadership with reporting on execution risks and opportunities. /li /ul h3Team Leadership Resource Management /h3 ul liLead and manage a team of Project Managers, including daily supervision, performance management, coaching, and career development. /li liEnsure optimal allocation and use of internal and external resources. /li liSupervise contractor engagement and approve external purchase orders. /li liEnsure continuous technical training and capability development within the team. /li liPromote knowledge transfer and best‑practice sharing across projects within the EU PMO structure. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner closely with Quality, Business, and Operations teams to ensure facility capacity and readiness. /li liEnsure projects are executed in line with project management methodology, with appropriate SME involvement.
