This is a bmission-critical leadership role /b at the center of our transformation to an bagentic, AI-first platform (Decion) /b—a platform that redefines how supply chains are planned, optimized, and operated through autonomous and semi-autonomous systems. /p pYou will own the bplatform layer that powers Decion /b—including the agentic fabric, APIs, data and integration infrastructure, and core platform services—while enabling product and engineering teams across the company to build, extend, and scale on top of it. /p pThis role requires a btrue product leader /b—someone who can: /p ul liSet a clear platform vision /li liOperate as a player-coach in a high-velocity environment /li liDrive alignment and execution across a complex, engineering-led organization /li liLead through a combination of direct management, influence, and technical credibility /li /ul h3What You’ll Own /h3 pYou will lead product strategy and execution for the bDecion Platform /b, including: /p ul liCore Platform Enablement /li liCross-Cutting Platform Capabilities /li liPlatform as a Product (Internal + External) /li /ul ul liPlatform Foundation /li liAgentic architecture (LLM, memory, skills, tools) /li liPlatform APIs (agentic “brain” / orchestration layer) /li liData Hub and Integration Hub /li liTelemetry, observability, and platform services (including billing/metering) /li liDefine product requirements for core planning engines to support: /li ul liAgentic execution /li liAPI-first extensibility /li liScenario modeling and simulation /li liPlatform-level ownership of core agentic services, for example: Scenario Management and Visualization including Insights product. /li liEnable consistent, scalable capabilities across all product domains /li liTreat internal engineering teams as customers /li liDefine how agentic skills and tools are built, reused, and extended /li liEnable rapid development of agentic applications across the platform /li liEstablish a developer-friendly, composable platform ecosystem /li /ul /ul h3Leadership Expectations (Critical) /h3 pThis is not a traditional PM leadership role.
